Duties and Responsibilities:

Kitchen Hygiene Maintenance:

    • Thoroughly clean pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery to meet hygiene standards.
    • Ensure all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, tables, and store shelves, are clean and sanitized.
    • Adhere to established cleaning schedules and protocols.

    Assistance in Food Preparation:

      • Assist in basic food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff.
      • Support in cooking tasks, such as chopping vegetables or preparing ingredients.

      Support in Serving Meals:

        • Assist in serving meals to customers or cafeteria patrons when required.
        • Ensure meals are served promptly and according to portion sizes.

        Kitchen Equipment Maintenance:

          • Report any malfunctioning kitchen equipment or utensils to the appropriate personnel.
          • Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of kitchen appliances and tools.
