The Transport Department seeks Code 14 Drivers responsible for operating a variety of code 14 vehicles. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the vehicle and load’s safety.
- Conducting daily vehicle inspections and reporting any faults.
- Loading and off-loading various materials and equipment.
- Adhering to the Road Traffic Act and ensuring the safety of other road users.
- Following regulations outlined in the Occupational Health and Safety Act, company policies, and road regulations.
- Navigating the Gauteng area efficiently.
