1. Clicks Northvaal Arcade – Gauteng (Permanent)
2. Clicks Wonderboom Junction 1565 – Gauteng (Permanent)
3. Clicks Moratiwa Crossing X10 – Limpopo (Permanent)
4. Clicks Piet Retief – Limpopo (Temporary)

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently execute operational activities at the point of sale, ensuring accuracy in scanning merchandise and collecting payments.
• Safely handle cash transactions and promote the Clicks’ clubcard to achieve participation targets.
• Inform customers of promotions, contributing to increased sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Provide superior customer service, acting as a brand ambassador and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Execute merchandising and housekeeping duties in line with store and visual merchandise standards.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

Education: Grade 12 (Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level desirable)
Experience: Desirable experience in a customer-facing role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment.
