AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Singita Botswana is recruiting for the following positions:
Concession Manager – 1 Position
The Concession Manager will be responsible for overseeing the effective day-to-day management of the concession, ensuring operational efficiency, excellent guest experiences and compliance with company standards.
Head Pastry Chef – 1 Position
The Head Pastry Chef will oversee pastry and dessert preparation, maintain high food-quality standards and ensure that all pastry operations meet the required hospitality and culinary standards.
Procurement Manager – 1 Position
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for purchasing and sourcing goods and services, managing suppliers and ensuring that the lodge receives quality products at competitive prices.
Laundry Supervisor – 1 Position
The Laundry Supervisor will coordinate laundry operations, supervise laundry staff and ensure that linen, towels, guest clothing and other laundry items are properly cleaned, handled and maintained.
Laundry Attendant – 2 Positions
Laundry Attendants will assist with washing, drying, ironing, folding, sorting and maintaining laundry according to established quality and hygiene standards.
Maintenance Plumber & Electrician – 2 Positions
Successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out plumbing and electrical maintenance, repairs and inspections to ensure that lodge facilities and equipment remain safe and operational.
Staff Drivers – 4 Positions
Staff Drivers will be responsible for transporting employees and supporting operational requirements while ensuring safe, reliable and responsible driving at all times.
Head Waiter or Camp Manager – 1 Position
The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring excellent guest service and smooth camp operations. Candidates should have strong hospitality, leadership and communication skills.
Landkeepers – Multiple Positions
Landkeepers will assist with maintaining the lodge and surrounding grounds, ensuring that outdoor areas are clean, attractive, safe and properly maintained.
Housekeeping – 3 Positions
Housekeeping team members will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms, accommodation areas and other assigned spaces to a high standard of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should have the relevant qualifications, experience and skills for the position they are applying for. Previous experience in hospitality, safari lodges, camps, maintenance, procurement, transport or related fields will be advantageous depending on the position
