Babies R Us Wellness is open and trading and is currently recruiting Retail Wellness Assistants nationally. Wellness offers customers a variety of products not only to keep them healthy but also some lovely treats and spoils for Mom or a friend.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting wellness products based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wellness department.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
