Introduction:
Medipost Pharmacy is seeking to recruit a CDU Stock Administrator.
Job Description:
Position Summary:
Assist in daily warehouse receiving and distribution areas.
Ensure stock is safely and correctly stored away.
Receive incoming stock and route to appropriate area.
File stock orders from production.
Accurately log inventory transactions.
Conduct cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
Complete instructions for all tasks accurately and timely.
Comply with company policies and safety regulations.
Operate forklift/walk-behind or man-on stacker/turret truck and/or pallet jack.
Pick orders from pick lists accurately.
Replenish the Auto Dispensing Unit (ADU) to meet Operational demands.
Perform bulk picking in preparation for the following day’s dispensing.
Ensure continuous stock replenishment to maintain uninterrupted dispensing.
Adhere to the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) principles.
Verify stock expiry dates and escalate variances to immediate supervisor.
Attend and participate in daily/weekly team meetings.
Maintain good housekeeping practices.
Report errors accurately.
Adhere to time & attendance policies.
