Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and apply known solutions to operational issues, escalating unresolved problems as needed.
- Meet performance targets as per procedures and service level agreements.
- Report on transactional activities to provide timely decision-making information.
- Execute work in alignment with governance and compliance standards.
- Perform work activities efficiently to prevent financial losses.
- Ensure work activities satisfy both internal and external customers.
- Attend training initiatives to improve work quality and develop skills.
- Support assigned technicians to gain practical experience.
- Participate in training and development as per the logbook and planned training program.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education:
- National Senior Certificate with Pure Mathematics and Physical Science.
- Higher Certificates and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates with NQF Level 04.
- Experience:
- 1 year of experience in a similar environment.
- Other Requirements:
- A valid South African driver’s license.
