Duties :

- Use office tools like the photocopier and fax machine. assist the senior manager with clerical tasks. Make contact with travel companies to plan your trip. When pertinent documents are received, verify the arrangements.
- Plan gatherings and activities for the unit’s top management and employees. determines locations, invites actors, plans refreshments, and prepares for events and meetings that are arranged. Prepare the unit’s travel and maintenance claims.
- Process each and every invoice resulting from the senior manager’s job. When necessary, take brief minutes during senior management meetings. Write routine letters and reports.
- When required, file paperwork for the senior management and the unit. administer things like phone accounts and leaving registers. Take all incoming and departing papers, record them, and distribute them.
- Manage the purchase of typical products like office supplies, drinks, etc. Gather the necessary information so the director can be ready for meetings. Keep abreast on the rules, regulations, and policies that apply to her or his workplace in order to provide the senior manager with effective and efficient support.
- To make sure that the application of the applicable Public Service and departmental prescripts/policies and other documents is understood appropriately. Keep up with the policies and procedures that govern the senior manager’s office.

Duties :
- the services of registry counters. tend to customers. Respond to incoming phone calls and other inquiries. Obtain and record any mail or files that are delivered by hand.

- Every day, Frank posts, records money, and updates the register. Check each postings to make sure no private ones are present. For delivery to the Post Office by messengers, secure mail in a postbag. Keep a remittance register open. As directed, list each valued item in the remittance record.
