REQUIREMENTS:

  • A high-school certificate or an equivalent qualification.
  • A year or more of relevant experience is required.
  • An active driver’s license.
  • Competencies and abilities: job expertise. Strong communication abilities (verbal and written). interpersonal communication abilities. Flexibility. group effort. Planning and management abilities. knowledge about computers (MS Office).

Duties :

  • Local and circuit courts should digitally record court sessions, and this documentation’s integrity should be maintained.
  • Upkeep of charge sheets and criminal history records, creation and tracking of summonses, and creation of witness fees book.
  • Completion and issuance of arrest warrants for committal.
  • Support case flow management and general court administration.
  • completion of the charge sheet and other court documents related to the case.
  • Data collection and document scanning.
  • As requested by the court manager or supervisor, provide any additional administrative support.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A LLB degree or an equivalent qualification will be advantageous.
  • Experience between zero and two years will be advantageous.
  • competencies and abilities: Understanding of the laws, rules, and regulations governing public services.
  • research abilities. talents in communication (verbal and written).
  • ability to keep minutes. time-management and decision-making abilities.
  • strong reporting abilities. both analytical and creative thinking abilities.
  • computer proficiency.

Duties :

  • Do legal research for the Chief Magistrate/President of the Regional Court.
  • statistics compilation. case flow control.
  • aiding the registrar of the regional court.
  • Support the Chief Magistrate/President of the Regional Court with administrative tasks.
