Motus Hino Tshwane, a prominent automotive dealership, is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Driver: Heavy Duty to fill a temporary vacancy. Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of trucks to various destinations. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and excellent communication skills.
Specific Role Responsibilities:
As a Driver: Heavy Duty, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Transporting trucks to outside suppliers, other branches, customers, and any other designated locations.
- Conducting thorough inspections of vehicles to assess roadworthiness and identify any damages.
- Reporting all accidents and traffic violations promptly and accurately.
- Assisting with additional tasks and duties as assigned by the department or management.
- Retrieving trucks from different locations as required to meet operational demands.
- Maintaining the condition of trucks during transit to prevent damage and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Providing assistance and support to customers during the delivery of trucks.
- Performing detailed checks on delivery vehicles for any damages, defects, or missing parts and promptly reporting findings to the Manager.
- Being flexible and available to work overtime when necessary to meet business needs.

Qualifications and Experience:
