Job Description:
PEP & Rage is seeking Part-Time Sales Assistants for up to 27 hours per week. As a member of the team, you’ll be known as a Dynamo – someone who works hard, has fun, and takes ownership of their tasks. Your role involves promoting sales, reducing stock losses, managing stock, serving customers, operating the till, and fostering a low-cost culture to achieve business objectives. Honesty in handling cash or finance is a prerequisite for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Minimize stock loss through adherence to security measures and stock/cash handling procedures.
- Manage store efficiently to align with the company’s low-cost culture.
- Handle cash transactions following company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with fellow Dynamos to maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store image, managing stock, implementing promotions, and ensuring correct pricing.

Requirements:
