Qualifications and Experience :

• Matric/ Grade 12/ NQF level 4 or 5 certificate or equivalent
• Clear credit and criminal record.
• Computer literate.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of the UK Energy market is beneficial.

Skills and personal attributes :

• Customer service and sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to interact with different customers effectively.
• Product knowledge.
• Adaptive approach.

Responsibilities (to mention a few) :

• Maintain high-quality service and performance standards in handling high volumes of calls, chats, and emails.
• Proactively identify and address issues using effective problem-solving techniques to assist customers.
• Handle escalated calls and complaints in accordance with established procedures.

• Establish and nurture rapport with customers.
