Job Title: Kitchen Hand
Location: Bothasig, Western Cape
Commencement Date: Immediate
Shift Hours: 12 hours per shift
Work Schedule: 6 shifts per week
Monthly Salary: Estimated at R5,500.00
Requirements:
- Matric/ Grade 12/ NQF level 4 or 5 certificate or equivalent
- Kitchen Hand experience
- Proficiency in English

Responsibilities:
- Perform all necessary food preparations using the correct equipment and apparatus.
- Prepare customer orders.
- Cook food following correct weights and recipes.
- Collaborate with the team to complete all cleaning duties during each shift.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the working area and equipment.
- Sanitize the workstation in accordance with Covid requirements.
- Activate equipment for all sections, ensuring only one item is switched on at a time.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and stock levels.
- Report problems to supervisors.
