The primary goal of this position is to support the reporting, procedures, and people practices for every department in a Maltings Plant in order to improve plant performance. For students whose coursework mandates that they complete experiential training, the traineeship offers a chance to do so. With Caledon Maltings, students will sign a 12-month fixed-term contract to finish their qualification through both on-the-job and off-job training.
