- A 24-month program made up of divided fixed-term contracts that is very competitive.

Profile:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in various areas such as, but not limited to:
- Finance
- People (Psychology or HR Related degrees)
- Marketing
- Technology
- Engineering
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics
- By the program start date, a maximum of TWO years of full-time formal job experience must have been completed. (Vacation work, short-term contracts, internships, and the like are not applicable.)
- At the beginning of the program, a completed bachelor’s degree (from an accredited postsecondary school) within the required time span
- Authorization to work legally (full citizenship) in the nation
- Mobility between regions in South Africa
- expertise with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the capacity to rapidly become used to new systems
