Minimum Requirements :
- Medically healthy
- Dependable
- Work in a safe manner, making sure that all safety regulations are followed.
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts
- No criminal history
- Must have reliable personal transportation to and from work.
- Capability to operate heavy cleaning machinery and equipment
- The ability to repeatedly walk, bend, push, pull, and lift while at work
- An understanding of cleaning agents, their proper use, and disposal techniques
- The capacity for teamwork and excellent communication
- Must have excellent organizing abilities
- Self-motivation, including the capacity to recognize and carry out tasks that must be done without direct supervision.
- Capable of following any reasonable directives from the supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and cleaning the floors.
- Daily office cleaning, including removing trash from dumpsters, maintaining restrooms, and wiping out common areas
- Ensure that outside paths are clear and debris-free.
- Inform building management of any maintenance that is necessary.
- Helping the office employees make tea.
- Complete facility cleaning
- Keeping the environment clean.
- Routine housekeeping duties.
