As a Learner Branch Marketer / Junior Branch Marketer, you will be responsible for selling the organization’s merchandise, effectively marketing stock, and managing stock control to ensure constant availability for customers. This role involves direct customer service and maintaining a clean and organized working space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Management:
• Maintain and control stock levels to ensure availability.
• Order stock as needed.
• Merchandise stock and replenish as necessary.
• Customer Service and Sales:
• Market products to customers and assist them with their needs.
• Provide high-standard customer service to walk-in, telephonic, and email inquiries.
• Resolve customer queries within set guidelines.
• Operational Duties:
• Ensure the workspace is clean and tidy.
• Perform other ad-hoc job-related duties as required.
• Administrative Duties:
• Keep accurate records of stock and sales activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12 or NQF Level 4.
• Previous experience in a relevant field is advantageous.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems/electrical equipment (beneficial for the Danielsrus location).
• Clear criminal record.
