As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, presenting insurance offerings clearly and persuasively, and closing sales effectively. Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate (Matric)
  • Mathematics and/or Accounting as school subjects
  • A Client Services or Customer Care course will be advantageous
  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a sales environment
  • Strong command of the English language (both spoken and written)
  • Fluency in an African language will be an added advantage
  • Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in email, MS Office, and Windows
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques
