Job Description

As a Sales Generator, your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for every customer who enters the store. You will represent the Foot Gear brand with enthusiasm and professionalism while contributing to the store’s overall performance and success.

Your day-to-day duties will include assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and ensuring that each interaction leaves a positive impression. You will be expected to understand customer needs and recommend suitable footwear options, helping to drive sales while maintaining excellent service standards.

In addition to customer engagement, you will play a key role in maintaining the store’s visual appeal. This includes ensuring that merchandise is displayed neatly, shelves are fully stocked, and the overall store environment reflects the brand’s image. Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace are essential.

Stock management and security are also important aspects of the role. You will be required to follow company procedures related to stock handling and loss prevention, ensuring that products are protected and accounted for at all times.

Teamwork is another critical component of this position. You will collaborate with colleagues to keep the store running smoothly, assist during busy periods, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. Flexibility and a willingness to assist wherever needed will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 10 qualification (Matric is preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in engaging with customers and promoting products
  • Basic computer literacy
