Graduate programs focus on accelerating graduates’ learning experiences in the workplace and, by doing so, assist them in realizing their full potential. This is a permanent career opportunity supported by a year of skills and expertise training, while carrying out a full-time work in one of our Divisions. The program’s goal is to shape high potential people into future leaders. By the end of 2023, candidates must have earned their undergraduate degree or its equivalent. The program will begin on February 1st, 2024.

The future of the auto industry, such as electric vehicles, should be clearly represented by applicants, who should also have an overall average of 65% in their academic performance. Additionally, their potential for advancement within the company will be evaluated.
