Reporting to the Assistant Manager: Customer Care Centre, you will navigate through dynamic challenges, addressing customer concerns, and providing information on various processes.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming calls from customers and passengers.
- Address and resolve issues such as delays, cancellations, and other travel-related matters.
- Explain processes to customers, offering assistance where necessary.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and be prepared for flexible hours, including shift work.
- Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
- One (1) to four (4) years of experience in a Call Centre Environment.
- Travel or relevant qualification will be advantageous.
- Proficient communication skills in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Clean criminal and credit record.
- Availability to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours.
- Own transport would be advantageous.
