Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Cleaning:
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to showroom standards.
- Perform vehicle quality control, including the identification and reporting of expired licenses, service requirements, and any issues not meeting quality standards.
- Ensure vehicles from other locations or suppliers meet quality standards.
- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Refuel vehicles and check tire pressure, oil, water, and other fluids.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and report any issues.
- Transportation Services:
- Deliver vehicles to customers and other branches as per procedures.
- Deliver and fetch documentation from banks, suppliers, company departments, and customers.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and documents, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Premises Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness of the branch premises, ensuring a tidy and presentable environment.
- Integrity and Ethics:
- Maintain the integrity of the company by safeguarding assets and interests.
- Behave ethically and responsibly at all times, representing the company positively.
- Other Duties:
- Perform additional tasks as requested by the Branch Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant driving and cleaning experience.
- Education:
- Grade 12 Certificate (Matriculation).
- Requirements:
- Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (held for at least 2 years).
- Basic computer literacy.
- Fully bilingual, with effective communication skills in English.
- Ability to read and navigate using maps.
