Qualifications and Experience :

• Minimum Grade 12/ NQF 4
• A forklift licence will be an advantage
• SKOP 2 will be an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a cellar environment (JC Le Roux will be ad advantage)
• Be able to work on heights and confined spaces
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be able to work shifts
• Must have reliable transport to and from work 
• Be able to overtime and weekends

Responsibilities (to mention a few) :

• Receiving and dispatch of product 
• Drawing of samples
• Wine adjustments
• Blending activities
• Filtration of wines
• CIP and taking of swabs
• Stocktaking
• Housekeeping
• Other ad-hoc duties
