Key Responsibilities:
Timely Deliveries:
- Ensure that all deliveries are completed promptly and accurately, adhering to the assigned schedules.
Route Planning:
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries, avoiding unnecessary delays.
Vehicle Maintenance:
- Perform regular checks and basic maintenance on the vehicle to ensure it remains in optimal working condition.
- Report any issues or malfunctions to the management promptly for necessary repairs.
Load and Unload Goods:
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage.
Adhere to Safety Protocols:
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of goods, self, and others on the road.
- Ensure all safety measures are observed during loading, unloading, and transit.
Customer Interaction:
- Interact professionally with clients during deliveries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Address any customer queries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery notes and receipts.
- Provide daily reports on deliveries completed, routes taken, and any issues encountered.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Driving License:
- Possess a valid Code 10 driver’s license, which is essential for operating company vehicles.
Professional Driving Permit (PDP):
- Have a valid Professional Driving Permit, required for transporting goods and complying with industry regulations.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, showcasing competence in handling delivery vehicles.
Personal Attributes:
- Reliability: Dependable and committed to performing duties diligently without supervision.
- Hardworking: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and maintain high energy levels throughout the day.
- Trustworthiness: Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all interactions, especially when handling goods and customer payments.

Compensation:
- Salary: From R5,000 per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
