Minimum Requirements:
- Matric/ Grade 12/ NQF level 4 or 5 certificate or relevant
- No experience required
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong organizational, numerical, and administrative skills

- Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive
- Reliable and punctual

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate daily cashless reports and compare them to cashier summaries.
- Initiate workflows for any incorrect cashless payments.
- Review Speedee device register for completeness.
- Assist with stock reconciliations for bread and confectionery.
- Verify daily SIV (Sales Invoice Verification) and write-offs of trucks returned from routes.
- Replace cashier bi-weekly on Saturdays.
- Assist in the cash office during afternoon “rush” periods.
- Maintain a stationery register to be reviewed by the Financial Manager.
- Act as a leave reliever when Admin staff are on leave.
- Perform ad hoc duties.
- Assist the Bakery Manager with administrative duties when required.
