Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect parts from Johannesburg, Thlabane, and suppliers.
- Shuttle between workshops in Bojanala, EPL, and the Karee Depot.
- Transport spare parts, tools, and equipment to and from suppliers or parts stores.
- Ensure timely delivery of the correct parts to support repair and maintenance tasks.
- Collect scrap metal generated within the workshop for repairs or maintenance.
- Safely and promptly move vehicles and equipment, coordinating with workshop staff to meet scheduling needs.
- Maintain accurate records of part collections, scrap metal transportation, and inter-workshop shuttling activities.
- Record mileage, destinations, and trip durations meticulously.
- Communicate effectively with workshop staff and management to coordinate timely pick-up and delivery of parts and materials.
- Coordinate vehicle movements and schedules to optimize operational efficiency.
