Duties :
- Offer administrative assistance for the NSG’s provision of examination services.
- In accordance with evaluation and moderation requirements, support the approval and registration of test sites.

- Ensure that invigilators, assessors, and moderators are recruited and placed with administrative support.
- Keep track of everything that is examined and report on it.
- In compliance with authorized certification rules, keep track of learner records, assessments database, and proper capturing onto ETQA and NSG systems.
- Compile the paperwork that will be submitted to the appropriate authorities.
- Verify the accuracy of assignments/POEs received from various stakeholders and make sure they are captured onto TMS.
- Prepare certificates for printing after analyzing the reports that the assessment officers have submitted.

Duties :
- deliver mail and papers to and from numerous locations while transporting people safely.
- Employee transportation for NSG to and from the airport and other locations.
- Plan your travel properly by considering weather, construction, and traffic.
- Gather, distribute, and manage the movement of papers and mail both inside and outside the company, including to and from the post office.
- Perform routine maintenance on the assigned vehicle, including correct fuelling, and confirm roadworthiness.
- Pre- and post-inspection of the assigned vehicle is conducted.
- Such faults should be reported right once to the transport officer.
- Get the necessary approval before traveling on business.
- In relation to the vehicle and the papers handled, fill out all the necessary and prescribed records and logbooks.
- Keep precise records of your mileage and repairs, including month-end reconciliations.
