REQUIREMENTS:

  • Senior Certificate/Grade 12 with relevant experience
  • Knowledge: customer attention and client-centeredness. Act on Employment Equity Organization and operation of the Department and the industry. Public Finance Management Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labor Relations Act, collective bargaining agreements, and Codes of Remuneration are only a few of the laws that govern public services.   • Skills: Networking, diplomacy, and language ability, a successful communication, Presentation abilities, policy interpretation, computer proficiency, Dedicated to finding solutions to problems, Motivating abilities, abilities to persuade, developing a team, negotiating techniques, proficiency in drafting reports.

Duties :

  • Before payment is approved, bills are quality checked to make sure that the providers have followed all necessary training requirements. Assist the unit’s initiatives and operations with relation to course and provider selection, contracts, payments, audits, and reporting. Support the unit’s meetings and activities logistically. Offer record-management services that are reliable and effective.
