Qualifications and Experience :
- Matric/ Grade 12/ NQF level 4 or 5 certificate or equivalent
- Previous experience in a corporate environment will be advantageous
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English
- Must be able to complete order forms
- Must have basic numerical skills
- High level of integrity: Ability to keep matters confidential will be crucial

Responsibilities (to mention a few) :
Binning
- Make sure arriving goods are binned and that inventory is replenished from bulk to pick locations in accordance with standards and criteria.
- Make sure new items are placed in the appropriate warehouse area and assigned bin location numbers.
- Make sure that merchandise assigned to new bin locations is reported to you superior and updated, and that bins are updated.

- Make sure all incoming products are received and inspected in accordance with business requirements.
Picking
- Make sure that branch and customer orders are chosen quickly to meet order cutoff periods.
- Make sure picking from bulk locations is only done as a backup bin when stock is running low and not being refilled during the picking process or when picking large quantities of orders to minimize pack size breakdown.
- Follow whatever reasonable and legal instructions for work that your supervisor has provided for you.

Scanner Control
- Everyday provide scanners to all operators.

- Return the scanners to the operators, check them for damage, and then reorder them on the digital app.
- Please notify the supervisor of any damage.
- Fill up the spreadsheet for the daily scanner issues.
