REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric/ Grade 12/ NQF level 4 or 5 certificate or equivalent
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency required.

  • The capacity to operate both alone and together.
  • Multitasking skills and general administrative talents.

Duties :

  • The chosen applicant will be in charge of documenting, planning, compiling, storing, obtaining, and retrieving correspondence and data.
  • Maintain registrations and respond to common inquiries.
  • Create photocopies and transmit and receive facsimiles.
  • As needed, distribute papers and packages to appropriate parties.
  • The unit’s file system should be kept up to date.
  • Dispute involving interested parties.
  • Make last-minute travel preparations.
  • Keep track of the unit’s incoming and departing document register.
