Reporting directly to the Team Leader: successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive learnership program aimed at equipping them with the skills required to understand and apply key principles in Sales & Marketing, Packaging & Manufacturing, Logistics & Warehouse within designated geographical areas.
Learners will work towards completing the National Certificate: Marketing, NQF Level 4 Learnership.

- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy passed with 40%
- Proficiency in two South African languages passed with 40%
- Diploma/Degree advantageous

- Must not have completed the same qualification/learnership previously at another company or organization
- South African Citizenship
- Employment Equity candidate
- Unemployed at the time of appointment
