Roles & Responsibilities
Safely load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in compliance with established safety protocols and delivery schedules.
Conduct comprehensive reviews of orders both before and after delivery to ensure completeness, accurate charges, and overall customer satisfaction.
Promote a commitment to outstanding customer service by promptly and professionally addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Adhere to all pertinent traffic laws and regulations, championing a secure and efficient delivery process.
Employ effective communication skills to coordinate with dispatch, ensuring a smooth and organized delivery workflow.
Preserve the cleanliness and operational integrity of the delivery vehicle by conducting routine inspections and promptly reporting any issues.
Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and accountability when handling confidential or sensitive information related to deliveries.

Desired Experience & Qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education: Matric or equivalent (NCV L4) is mandatory.
Driver’s License: Must possess a valid Code 10 driver’s license and Valid PDP.
Record: A clear criminal record is required.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of courier delivery experience is essential.
Technology: Own Smart Phone, preferably running on the Android Operating System.
Availability: Ability to work in shifts is necessary.
Skills: Courier experience is a prerequisite. Familiarity with Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha) routes is mandatory.
Collaboration: Must exhibit teamwork and flexibility.
Language Proficiency: Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
Navigation Skills: Must be capable of reading and understanding road maps and operating a GPS effectively.
