Perform cadastral document withdrawal or cancellation. Add registered land parcels, leases, or servitudes to cadastral papers to subtract, cancel, or endorse them.
- Modify cadastral papers that have been authorized and recorded. Add to the archive all recently authorized cadastral papers. Get cadastral records and distribute them. Return cadastral records and re-file them.
- Cadastral records should be repaired and kept in a useful state. Perform a technical analysis of cadastral records. Verify the designations on recently filed lodgements. Each authorized cadastral land parcel should be added to the noting sheets to update them.
- Perform a technical analysis of the general plans and diagrams. Perform a technical analysis of the survey data. Examine sectional title plans on a technical level. provide both internal and external clients with cadastral information. When necessary, provide land surveyors with survey data.
- As needed, make cadastral information available to the public in paper copy or digital form. According to contractual service level agreements, provide aerial pictures, corrected imagery, and maps from National Geospatial Information (NGI). collect, keep up with, and update spatial data. capture recently submitted documents to check for spatial overlaps before approving. The spatial databases should now include all newly formed land parcels. Include historical data while adding to, updating, or maintaining an accurate dataset of cadastral geographical information.
- On approval, amendment, endorsement, or withdrawal, scan all cadastral papers. Analyze recently authorized cadastral records. Recheck all revised cadastral records. Connect the alpha-numeric data to the scanned photos that were deposited.
