Qualifications and Experience :
- Grade 12 (matric)
- A Valid driver’s license is essential Code 10 (EC1) with PrDP (Professional Driving Permit)
- 5 years’ professional driving experience
- Knowledge of relevant Legislation
- Sound Interpersonal skills

- Ability to interact with clients in a warm, professional manner.

- Ability to work during evenings, on weekends, and on public holidays, as required

Responsibilities (to mention a few) :
- Provide driving/messenger services.
- Maintain accurate and up to date schedule trip sheets, i.e. log official trips, daily mileage, fuel consumption
- Perform daily trip and post trip vehicle inspection to ensure that the vehicle is always in the best condition.
- Handle routine and ad-hoc administrative tasks relevant to the execution of the function, i.e. collect office consumables.
- Assisting clients with the loading and unloading of their possessions, as required.
- Selecting the fastest routes based on GPS software and traffic updates, unless otherwise instructed.
- Ensuring that the vehicle remains pristine and in excellent working order.
- Report incidents and accidents timeously and compile vehicle condition reports and other records required by Management.
- Report to the Manager: Special Projects or other project managers as required.
