About the Learnership
The NC Food & Beverage Services Learnership provides structured training that combines both classroom learning and on-the-job experience. Learners will be exposed to real working conditions within the Food and Beverage Department at Time Square, one of South Africa’s leading entertainment destinations.
Participants will learn essential skills such as:
- Customer service and guest relations
- Food and beverage preparation and service
- Hygiene and safety standards in hospitality

Key Responsibilities During the Learnership
