Duties :

  • Help with asset management, including keeping track of purchases, sales, and transfers. Ensure that as soon as feasible after delivery, all new assets are listed and labeled. Ensure that all assets included on the assets registry are accurate and comprehensive. Keep accurate and current records of your assets, including their descriptions, locations, and costs.
  • Organize the transfer and movement of assets among officials, sectors, departments, and courts. In charge of asset disposal, make sure it is pre-authorized and accurately recorded in the assets register. Make sure that assets are physically checked every quarter, and inform management of any substantial deviations or inconsistencies that are found. help the internal and external auditors with the process of verifying the asset.
