Job Description : iMasFinance is a licenced supplier of financial services that provides financing and insurance solutions. We are seeking one unemployed person from a certain group to take part in a skills development internship programme in our HR department at our Centurion headquarters.

Qualifications and Experience :
- Matric.
- 3 year Diploma in Human Resources Development and/or related qualification.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Any relevant work experience will be an advantage.
Skills and Personal Attributes :
- Be unemployed.
- Previously disadvantaged candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- No studies must be committed to or registered for in 2023/2024.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be able to start with the internship on date.
Responsibilities (to mention a few) :
- Given a 12 months internship contract, with a monthly allowance of R5 000.
- Exposure to training and skills development within financial services sector.
- Maintain training records and assist in the administration of employee training and skill-development programmes.
- Receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and on-the-job training.
