Duties :

  • provide registrar services for the Chief Justice’s office. Provide efficient record management and filling services. Using the system for record classification, open and close files. Document and file storage, tracing (manually or electronically), and retrieval. Obtain and record hand-delivered mail and files. Manage incoming and outgoing mail; accept all packages and messengers.
  • Mail is sorted, registered, and sent out. Send out alerts about registry-related concerns. Prepare papers for destruction and archiving. File organization and packaging for distribution and archiving. Archived materials should be documented. Maintain the department’s filing and record-keeping procedures. Maintain receipt files, protection records, and filling accuracy records. Keep a register with all pertinent documents and submissions. Respond to inquiries about registration services.

  • Make sure the Judges board and tea rooms are spotless, and the tables are properly arranged. Make sure the judges’ tea is ready between the hours of 9:00 and 11:00. Make sure the silverware and dishes are prepared, tidy, and arranged in accordance with the Judges. Mop the floors and clean the kitchen and tea room. Clean the cabinets and refrigerator.
  • Make sure the kettles and urn are spotless and sparkling. Clean the tea room’s table and chairs. Prepare tea or water as requested by the judges for their meeting. Purchase monthly supplies, store food, and make sure the tearooms’ keys are kept safely. Give judges refreshments and tea at certain meetings.
  • Prepare tea and water jugs for the panel that will be conducting interviews and shortlisting. Report any theft, damage, or loss within 24 hours. Monthly cleaning supplies collection at procurement. Complete any additional tasks allocated to you by your supervisor.
