Qualifications and Experience :

  • Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF4 qualification
  • Aged between 18 and 35
  • South African citizen by birth
  • Unemployed 
  • Belonging to a previously disadvantaged group
  • People living with disabilities are encouraged to apply

Skills and personal attributes :

  • Attention to detail with good planning and time management skills
  • Numerical reasoning ability and analytical skills
  • Fluent verbal and written communication and comprehension in english
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
  • Computer literacy

Responsibilities (to mention a few) :

  • finish all of the theoretical learning tests
  • Complete all administrative and reporting responsibilities for the position on time.
  • Gather, assemble, and disseminate papers in accordance with the necessary criteria within the predetermined time periods.
  • In order to deliver a fantastic customer experience and guarantee that client service level agreements are met and surpassed, respond to all inquiries in a professional way.
  • Screen all incoming inquiries, direct them to the proper parties, and assist in resolving client inquiries
  • Maintain the necessary standards for office cleanliness
  • Report application defects or failures to the line manager
