DynamX Trainee Program is recruiting for start date in 2024.

About the Program:

  • A 24-month program made up of divided fixed-term contracts that is very competitive.
  • Within the 24-month program, advancement into each phase is determined by robust assessments.
  • Potential is unleashed through six-month rotating cycles that facilitate cross-functional work experience in different teams within the relevant business sector.
  • According to the 70-20-10 rule, people learn 70% of what they know via difficult tasks and projects, 20% through relationships that foster growth, and 10% through education and training.

Profile:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in various areas such as, but not limited to:
    • Finance
    • People (Psychology or HR Related degrees)
    • Marketing
    • Technology
    • Engineering
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Logistics
  • By the program start date, a maximum of TWO years of full-time formal job experience must have been completed. (Vacation work, short-term contracts, internships, and the like are not applicable.)
  • At the beginning of the program, a completed bachelor’s degree (from an accredited postsecondary school) within the required time span
  • Authorization to work legally (full citizenship) in the nation
  • Mobility between regions in South Africa
  • expertise with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the capacity to rapidly become used to new systems
