Job Description :

We now have a position open for a Sports Betting Service Cashiers or Tellers at our Hartbeesport Branch. Candidates must reside in the North West Province in order to be qualified. Ideal candidates should be driven to go above and above the required level, share our enthusiasm for sports, and provide excellent customer service. An advantage is previous experience.

Cashiers and tellers generally take customers’ bet transactions, handle money and credit card transactions, and balance their daily float.

Qualifications and Experience :

• Grade 12/ Matric 
• Must Be A Resident Of The North West Province
• Required To Work In Different Shifts Based On Store Requirements
• Excellent Computer Proficiency (Ms Office – Word, Excel And Outlook)
• Passion For Sports And Knowledge Of Various Sports, Teams, And Leagues
• No Criminal History
• Able To Work Overnight, At Weekends And On Holidays
• Previous Related Industry Experience An Advantage
• South African Id
• Bank Account

Responsibilities (to mention a few) :

• Process bet transactions
• Accept payments
• Calculate and return change when required by the payment method
• Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change
• Answer customer questions about products or services
• Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts
• Report issues with equipment
• Work as a team to meet store goals
• Handle customer complains
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout area
• Stay up to date on promotions, advertisements and product information
