REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification with appropriate experience in providing support within in Internal Audit environment.
  • A post-Matric qualification in Internal Audit will serve as an added advantage.
  • Core competencies: Client orientation and customer focus.
  • Communication. Honesty and intergrity. Planning and organizing.
  • Telephone etiquette. Computer literacy.
  • Technical Competencies: Office management and administration and general administration.

Duties :

  • The chosen applicant will carry out the following tasks: Create and maintain a productive file system and document flow for the line function: document receipt and distribution.
  • Documents should be entered into the proper registries.
  • Manage the papers by filing it.
  • Create efficient procedures for tracking documents.
  • providing assistance: Coordinate and create meeting/workshop documentation.
  • Gather minutes and reports. Draft any letter, including memos. providing office assistance services Assist in keeping appropriate audit records and files.
  • As needed, make copies, fax, and email the papers.
  • Assist internal auditors in conducting audits by offering support and assistance.
