As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers and passengers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues related to delays, cancellations, and other travel-related matters.
You will also be required to provide clear explanations of processes and assist customers as needed, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction:
- Receive and manage calls from customers/passengers.
- Deal with issues such as delays, cancellations, and other concerns.
- Provide clear explanations of processes and offer assistance where necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Adapt to longer-than-normal hours, including shift work.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:
- Grade 12.
- Experience:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in a Call Centre Environment.
- A travel or relevant qualification is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken, read, and written).
- Solid computer literacy.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Attributes:
- Punctual and reliable.
- High degree of patience and assertiveness.
- Immaculate timekeeping.
- Trustworthy and professional, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Additional Requirements:
- No criminal or credit record.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours as required.
- Own transport is an advantage.

Shifts
The position involves working various shifts, which include weekends and public holidays. The shift timings are as follows:
- 07:00 – 16:00
- 08:00 – 17:00
- 09:00 – 18:00
- 10:00 – 19:00
