KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI’s)
Collections / deliveries
- Collection of parts from various suppliers
- Deliveries of warranty parts to suppliers for claims
- Overtime to be worked when needed for late collections / deliveries
- Ensure correct stock are delivered / collected
- Ensure paperwork corresponds
- Check quality on stock received
- All documentation handed in to correct person
Store functions
- Stock counts
- Receiving
- Warranty parts
- Accurate counting of inventor
- Receive correct items and quantities
- Mark warranty claim parts and store in correct place
Vehicle
- Ensure cleanliness of vehicle
- Vehicle to be filled with fuel daily
- Ensure inspection book is filled in daily with all details including damages
- Adhere to driver policy & K53 road rules as stipulated by South African government law
- Report incidents immediately to superior
Administration
- Manage paperwork on collections / deliveries
- Ensure stock items corresponds with delivery notes / invoices
General
- Neatliness on person
- Adhere to any and all instructions given by direct line leader
- Protect company image at all times
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 & Code C1 license (double axel trailer)
Experience:
- 2 Years’ experience in a store/warehouse environment
