Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and Physical Science
Minimum aggregate pass mark of 60%
Willingness to complete numeracy and literacy assessments (results will not automatically disqualify candidates)
Strong interest in manufacturing and production environments
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately
Good communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities and Learning Outcomes
This learnership will provide comprehensive training and exposure to the core functions of a Production Operator. Learners will be expected to actively participate in both theoretical and practical components of the programme.
