Programme Details


Successful applicants will be placed at one of the I&J operational sites in Cape Town. During the 12-month period, participants will be expected to actively engage in assigned duties, adhere to company policies, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and contribute positively to the organization.


Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Must be between the ages of 18 and 34 years
Must be unemployed
Must have completed at least Grade 10 (Standard 8)
Must not have previously participated in a YES4YOUTH programme


Must not currently be enrolled in any government-funded training programme
Required Documentation
Applicants are required to submit the following documents. Failure to provide all required documents will result in disqualification:


Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Stamped bank account confirmation or bank statement (not older than 3 months)
SARS tax document (copy of SARS certificate or official letter)


Certified copy of highest qualification (not older than 3 months)
Certified copy of South African ID (not older than 3 months)


Recruitment Process

Background screening (criminal record check, ID verification, and qualification verification)
A full medical examination conducted at the I&J medical facility
