Salary and Benefits
Basic Salary Scale: R165 564,00 – R193 476,00 per annum
Estimated Total Remuneration Package: R242 666,00 – R278 193,00 per annum
The remuneration package includes additional benefits in line with municipal policies and conditions of service.


Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to render comprehensive cleaning services at all municipal rental housing schemes. The role involves ensuring that both buildings and surrounding areas are maintained to acceptable cleanliness and safety standards.


Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Ability to perform general cleaning duties effectively


Relevant experience in cleaning or maintenance tasks will be considered an added advantage
Good physical health and fitness
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods


Willingness to undergo a criminal record check
Must consent to fingerprint verification conducted by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost

Cleaning of Grounds
Keeping outdoor areas clean and free from litter


Maintaining cleanliness of walkways, yards, and open spaces
Assisting with general upkeep of the environment
The role requires consistent effort to ensure that all assigned areas remain clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
